The story of Birdies Hot Chicken started in 2018 when Vivian traveled to Nashville Tennessee for a weekend getaway, not knowing this trip would change her life forever. When Vivian, a self-proclaimed “foodie”, had her first taste of Nashville Hot Chicken, she saw the potential in it. She was inspired to devise her own best version of Nashville hot chicken.
